Lagardere to buy Time Warner books for $538 mln
LONDON/PARIS, Feb 6 (Reuters) - French media group Lagardere has agreed to buy Time Warner's book publishing arm for $537.5 million, fulfilling its long-standing ambition of entering the U.S. book market.
